1. Secure P9s with Encryption

P9s can now be encrypted, giving you the same level of security already available for payslips. 

Once enabled, employees will use their ID numbers to access their P9 forms. This ensures sensitive tax information stays protected while remaining easily accessible to the right person.

You can turn this feature on or off under the Admin module.

2. Bulk Download P9s in ZIP Files

For HR admins managing large teams, you can now generate ZIP folders containing all employee P9s directly from the system.

P9s are automatically grouped and exported in batches of 100 once processing is complete, making it easier to handle large teams without system strain.

You’ll also have the option to regenerate ZIP files whenever needed in case of changes in employee numbers i.e. leavers and joiners.

3. Send P9s to All Employees in One Click

Distributing P9s individually can take time, especially for larger organizations.

With the new “Send to All” feature, you can now email P9s to all employees at once directly from the system.
